Mix sugar and margarine “fluffy”. Mix in the flour, the chopped almonds and egg yolk. Stir.

Rinse blueberry, add to the bottom of a pie dish (as 28 cm diameter)
Spoon out the batter so it covers blueberries (very tacky, goes best with the use of two teaspoons), sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar pearls.
Into the oven 200 graders about the 35 minutes, until nicely browned and blueberries are cooked through.

30 gr almonds, finely chopped or ground
150 gr margarine
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
5-6 blueberries
cinnamon and granulated sugar to sprinkle
Serve warm with custard, ice cream or cream.
