My soft blueberry shaking

Melted 2 tablespoons butter in a frying pan. (Or a snygg form / Monolithique opens.)
Add the blueberries and sprinkle with 3-5 tablespoons sugar.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and and stir in the egg mixture in, together with gräddmjölken.
Mix the last in the cooled butter.
Then pour this over the blueberry
and bake 175-200* the ca 35 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or custard.

5-8 dl blueberry

1½ tsp baking powder
