Dutch blueberry pie
Smarrigt good Dutch blueberry – tasty and easy recipe for Dutch blueberry pie.
Ingredients:
(portions: 8-10)
250 unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
50 g granulated sugar, less than 4 msk
400 g flour, less than 7 cups water, cold
2 blueberry kg
50 g butter
250 g brown sugar, good 3 1/4 dl
1 pinch cinnamic
1 tablespoons apricot jam, heaped, utrörd in a little boiling water
Do this:
1. Preheat oven to 200 °
2. Rinse blueberry.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add sugar (Save 1 tablespoons for later), blueberry and cinnamon. Simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes until softened blåbärna, but most are intact. Lift off from the heat and pour the liquid.

7. Add blueberry mixture in the baked pastry shell and slivers in a grid pattern on top. of all the pieces hanging outside and cover the ends of the long degstrimlan. Week edges by pinching with thumb and forefinger. Sprinkle lightly with the rest of the brown sugar and bake 20-25 minutes until the pie is golden brown. Frost immediately with apricot jam and serve the pie warm with creme fraiche or vanilla ice cream.

1. Add butter, sugar and flour in a bowl and mix together with your fingertips until it becomes a crumbly mass.
2. Add a little ice-cold water and work the dough. Let stand in refrigerator about 20 minutes.
