blueberry of quark

The blueberry pie tastiest (smulpaj) with smuldeg. Dough has a consistency not quite pajaktig, but is good anyway.

Ingredients

Pajsmulor:
4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsk bicarbonate
1½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
125 g melted butter

Pajdeg:
1 cup buttermilk
1 eggs

Filling:
1 burk (250 g) quark
1 cup sugar
1 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla juice of half a lemon

2-3 dl blueberry

Cooking
Stir together the dry ingredients with the melted sugar to crumbs. Set aside half of the crumbs and stir into the file and the egg in the rest. Spread batter into a pie dish (as 25 cm i diameter). Mix filling and spread it over the batter. Rinse, and blueberries and put them over the filling. Finish by sprinkling over the remaining crumbs. Bake at 200 the ca 30 minutes.

Serve cold!

Orange and Blueberry Pie

Mix in a bowl or food processor flour, granulated sugar (3/4dl), vanillin sugar and salt. Then chop the butter into small pieces and pour into the bowl / food processor. Mix until you get a crumbly / bulky mass. Pour cinnamic, orange zest and powdered sugar (2msk) in a plastic bag. Shake. Pour the blueberries into the bag and shake until all the "spice" stuck to the blueberry bits. Add the courts of a pie dish (no need to butter before) and then pour over pajsmulorna. Place in the oven for at least 20 minutes. Eat and enjoy with ice cream!

Preheat the oven to 225 grader.

What you need:
3 cup flour
3/4 dl + 2tablespoons granulated sugar
1 large teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt (which you can help but if the butter is salted)
150 g butter
5 dl blueberry
finely grated zest of 2 sized oranges
1 tablespoon cinnamon
