Filling:
1 blueberries
Pajdegen:
Hazelnuts
Sweet Almond
Grated coconut
Butter
Do this:
1. blueberries in thin .
2. Add blueberries in a small oven dish.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and possibly sukrin over blåbärna.
4. Take equal parts of hazelnuts, almonds and shredded coconut.
5. Blend all in food processor until it was fine.
6. Add butter and mix together the crumble.
7. Cover blåbärna to crumble.
8. Bake at 200 grader, until the blueberry pie is golden.
LCHF tips!
This dessert contains some carbohydrates so it's nothing you should eat every day if you follow a strict diet LCHF. However, you can almost pamper yourself 1 piece when done well for a longer period. Eat blueberry pie after a meal – then the portion is automatically a little less!
This small blueberry (only 1 blueberries) as 4 (small) portions and nutrient content located on the 20 grams of carbs for the whole pie, i.e. 1 piece contains about 5 g carbohydrates.
