4 dl blueberry
¾ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ – ½ cup sugar
1 tablespoons of potato flour

Smuldeg:
75 g butter or margarine
1 ¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup coconut flakes

Do this:
Wash blueberries and place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with potato flour, cinnamon and sugar.

Smuldeg:
Mix all the ingredients except for the margarine. Then add the margarine and atomize it a grainy mass. Spread the crumble over blueberries.

Bake in middle of oven about 25 min in 200 ° C.

Serve with vanilla whipped.
