Sugar blueberry shaking

Ingredients
4-8 dl blueberry depending on the size
4 eggs
2 dl Dansukker Brown Sugar Stro
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
1 dl potato flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 dl Dansukker Fibrex
75 g melted butter or margarine

1. Preheat the oven to 175 º.

2. Whisk eggs and brown sugar until fluffy.

3. Mix cinnamic, vanilla sugar, potato flour, Fibrex and baking soda, and stir into the batter.

4. Stir in the melted butter.

5. Rinse smltrona.

6. Grease an ovenproof dish and add blueberries in the bottom of this. Pour in the batter and bake blueberry pie in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.

blueberry cake served warm with vanilla sauce.
