Dutch blueberry pie

Smarrigt good Dutch blueberry – tasty and easy recipe for Dutch blueberry pie.

Ingredients:
(portions: 8-10)

250 unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
50 g granulated sugar, less than 4 msk
400 g flour, less than 7 cups water, cold
2 blueberry kg

Do this:

Gluten-free blueberry pie

Do this, MINCEMEAT:

1. Melting margarine.
2. Add sugar, the broken beaten eggs and almond paste.
3. Simmer stirring the mixture thickens. OBS! Do not boil.
4. Pour the filling into pie shell. Rinse and blueberries.
5. Mix blueberries with cinnamon and stick them into the batter.
6. Bake at 200 grader 40-45 minutes in the furnace bottom.

Crispy blueberry pie

A delicious blueberry, but none of the diet… Preheat oven to 200 º C. Mix together the oatmeal, flour and sugar. Stir in the butter and press the dough into a pie dish about 22 cm i diameter. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let it cool. Rinse and blueberries in . Divide them into pie shell. Melt butter and stir in sugar and flour. Filling:
4 dl blueberry
100 g butter
2 cup sugar
2 tbsp plain flour
3 cup cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
100 g flaked almonds

Ebba's blueberry pie

Mix the ingredients together quickly, preferably in a Food Processor. Add the row a few drops of water if the dough does not want to go together. Spread the dough with a spatula vattensköljd over blueberries. Put in the oven 35 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve with whipped cream

5-6 dl blueberry (Rinse and place in an ovenproof dish)

10 blueberries
3 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar
150 g butter
2 dl havregryn
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ dl sirap

Stir flour, sugar and butter in a food processor until the butter is evenly distributed in the flour. Dilute with water and drive on until the dough gathers itself. Take it out atberedaren and squeeze it into a firm dough. Wrap and keep it cool at least an hour.

Filling:
Roll out the dough into a thin, round bottom and put it into a pie dish, as 25 cm.
Prick with a fork and brush with 1 tablespoons butter. Rinse blueberries and place them around the form. Brush with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle sugar over. Bake at 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
