Crispy blueberry pie with cardamom

A toffee blueberry with cardamom fragrant blanket. The crunchy blueberry pie should be served with vanilla ice cream or custard.

Ingredients (10-12 portions)

MINCEMEAT

10-12 Each blueberry
8 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoon cardamom
Pie blanket (pajdeg)

200 grams of butter
200 grams of sugar
200 gram flour
Do this:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 grader.
2. Rinse the blueberries and those in smaller .
3. Take a bowl and mix together bottom line and the smaller amount of sugar.
4. Turning blueberry mixture of cardamom.
5. Spread the blueberries into a greased pie dish.
6. Mix together the ingredients for the quilt to a firm dough.
7. Pat the mixture over blueberries.
8. Bake pie in middle of oven for about 15-20 minutes until the pie quilt have a golden brown color.
Tips!

1. Do not like cardamom, you can exchange it for example, cinnamon or other spice.
2. Also try a little vanilla sugar in the quilt!

  1. I wonder how a pie with 12 blueberries in taste.. is probably pretty dry considering that the 12 blueberries will suffice 12 person :the)))))
