Anne-Charlotte's blueberry shake

Preheat the oven to 175 °. Grease an ovenproof dish and sprinkle a thin layer of coconut in the form (also a bit up on the edges).

Blanda keso, Russian, mandel, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Melt the butter, tilll way orange juice and stir into cream cheese mixture. Spread half the mixture into the tin. Rinse blueberries and place them as “tiles” of cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining mixture over blueberries.

Grädda set out from ca 40 minutes. Pudra över litet kanel och servera med lättvispad grädde.

500 g keso
1 dl russin
1 dl grovhackad mandel
3-4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
3 tbsp plain flour
2 msk smör eller margarin
saft från 1 pressad apelsin
3 dl blueberry
kokos till formen
cinnamon
2 dl lättvispad grädde

Mix in the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and blueberries – Washed or not – it determine (I chose to rough demolish two blueberries and chop the third in small cubes.). Pour batter into a greased dish (20×30 cm), alt a form with bakplåtspapper.Hacka almonds and sprinkle on hacket.Grädda in 200 grader i 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 ½ – 2 cup heavy cream
1 tsk malen kanel
ev lite strösocker

Blanda ner kanelen i grädden. Leave for 1 – 2 timmar. Vispa.

1 1 /2 dl strösocker eller 1 dl muscovadosocker (som jag valde den här gången)
3 dl blueberry
1 msk mjöl (japp – only!)
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon vanilla
as 20 mandlar

Vispa äggen och sockret.
