blueberry of quark

The blueberry pie tastiest (smulpaj) with smuldeg. Dough has a consistency not quite pajaktig, but is good anyway.

Ingredients

Pajsmulor:
4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsk bicarbonate
1½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
125 g melted butter

Pajdeg:
1 cup buttermilk
1 eggs

Filling:
1 burk (250 g) quark
1 cup sugar
1 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla juice of half a lemon

2-3 dl blueberry

Cooking
Stir together the dry ingredients with the melted sugar to crumbs. Set aside half of the crumbs and stir into the file and the egg in the rest. Spread batter into a pie dish (as 25 cm i diameter). Mix filling and spread it over the batter. Rinse, and blueberries and put them over the filling. Finish by sprinkling over the remaining crumbs. Bake at 200 the ca 30 minutes.

Serve cold!

Gluten-free blueberry pie

A tasty gluten-free blueberry pie that everyone who can not tolerate gluten (Gluten-free) can enjoy and revel in.

It is very tasty and easy to make blueberry pie. The recipe for the gluten-free blueberry pie below for approx 6 person.

Ingredients

(6 portions)

Pajdeg

– 3 dl MixWell light basmjöl
– 125 grams of margarine
– 1 milliliter baking powder
– 1 tablespoons sugar
– 2 tablespoon water

MINCEMEAT

– 50 grams of margarine
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 100 grams grated almond paste
– 3-4 dl blueberry
– cinnamon to taste

Do this, pajdeg

1. Work quickly the ingredients into a smooth pastry. Goes well in food processor.
2. Let rest in the cold 30 minutes.
3. Press the dough with floured hands into a pie dish.
4. Bake 10 minutes 200 grader.

Do this, MINCEMEAT:

1. Melting margarine.
2. Add sugar, the broken beaten eggs and almond paste.
3. Simmer stirring the mixture thickens. OBS! Do not boil.
4. Pour the filling into pie shell. Rinse and blueberries.
5. Mix blueberries with cinnamon and stick them into the batter.
6. Bake at 200 grader 40-45 minutes in the furnace bottom.

blueberry shake from Alsace

Chop the butter, flour, sugar and egg yolk in a food processor or directly on the work surface. Work into a dough that is allowed to rest in the fridge for half an hour.

Press out the dough in aluminum form or in a form with removable edge (24cm diameter). Rinse the blueberries and divide them into quarters. blueberries in and put in the form. Vispa ihop crème fraiche, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour batter over blueberries.

Bake in bottom of oven for about 25 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

2 cup flour, 1 tablespoons sugar, 75 g butter, 1 egg yolk.

Filling: 3-4 dl blueberry, 2 dl cream, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Preheat the oven to 200 grader.

Pinch butter, flour into dough and water. Place in plastic bag in the fridge while you Sköljr and r blueberries fine. Mix sugar + all the spices in a bowl. Divide the dough and roll out one half. Line a pie dish to the nibble, and the bottom.

Sprinkle sugar mixture on the bottom, add the blueberries and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Roll out the second deghalvan the lid and place over the pie and press together around the edge. Chopping a few air holes in the lid and brush it with beaten egg. Sprinkle a little sugar if you want. Bake the pie in 225 degrees in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. or until it has a nice color. Eat warm with whipped vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
