Ingredients:

(4-6 portions)
– 60 unsalted butter, softened
– 150 g flour
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 tablespoons sugar
– 1 krm salt
– 4 dl blueberry

Glazing

– 30 g melted butter
– ½ cup sugar (as)

Time

as 30 minutes, UGN 175 °

Do this

1. Add the flour on a work bench or in a blender.
2. Add the egg yolk, sugar, salt, Water, and butter into small pieces.
3. Knead into a smooth dough, let it rest cold one hours.
4. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick or print it out in a pie plate with removable bottom, as 23 cm i diameter.
5. Rinse blueberries and place in a nice pattern on the dough.
6. Bake at 175o about 30 minutes.
7. Remove the pie and let it cool.
8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar, if tart blueberries are used, the amount of sugar is increased.
9. Preheat the oven to grill and set the pie until sugar is melted and golden.

Serve pie with

Warm vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
